Project Overview
The Mayfair Apartments mixed use development is a high-end apartment complex proposed along the much-desired Mayfair Road across from Mayfair Mall in the City of Wauwatosa. The 197-unit building with approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space was designed by the local award winning Rinka Chung Architecture.
