Worked on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm design for the 714,000 sf building. Having been the local MEP deisgn engineers, IBC partnered with ME Engineers as extensive BIM coordination was utilized throughout the project. Providing complete design and engineering if building’s steam to hot water heating system, chilled water, including ice rink systems and natural gas distribution piping and fire alarm system. The Panorama Club design was also provided by IBC.
