We are delighted to announce the return of Karen Oranger, PE, LC, at IBC Engineering after a brief absence.  Karen will be returning as a Lighting Engineer.  Karen has contributed her expertise on several notable projects throughout the region.  With a warm heart, we welcome back Karen to the company!
