HVAC System Replacement

The Kinnickinnic Transportation Building existing HVAC system was 31 years old and required constant repair. IBC Engineering Services, Inc. was retained to provide design services to verify existing site conditions, code review for plan compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulation, adherence to sustainable design practices and identifying necessary and/or incidental issues that will mitigate problems and/or risks throughout the course of the project.

IBC Engineering replaced the existing boiler, a multi zone air handling unit, hot water radiation/units and a condensing unit along with pneumatic controls with two new boilers, a new air handling unit with VAV boxes, two exhaust fans, new hot water radiation/units and a new condensing unit along with new DDC controls.
