New 70,000 square foot medical office building and outpatient facility for Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Shell and core MEP systems were LEED Certified and included emergency power systems and complete building automation. The facility also includes an indoor parking garage and ComEd electrical vault.

The shell and core systems were designed to provide ultimate flexibility for future tenants. Detailed coordination with local utility companies was provided to allow maximum usage of site. A generator system was included for future out-patient surgical suite.
