With a newly earned engineering degree in hand, Michelle’s frontier spirit beckoned her toward 70 miles of pristine beaches along the Pacific Ocean. Alas, years of living in an idyllic climate, sailing, swimming, and even surfing with sea lions, couldn’t root this pilgrim. So what’s a boogie-boarding-adventure-loving-highly-intelligent girl to do? Why head back to Wisconsin and work for IBC Engineering, of course! Here, Michelle, her fiancée, their two dogs and two cats, have finally found a place to settle. We’re just happy she chose to come home to our little family.
What I like most about working at IBC:

Caring more about future generations' ability to fulfill their needs than today's generation's ability to fulfill its wants.
